These needs can be met by providing exclusive breast milk. Good family knowledge causes good support so that mothers have a high desire to breastfeed. families, especially families who live under the same roof, are an important factor in providing exclusive breastfeeding. Families who have good knowledge will continue to encourage and motivate mothers and help mothers during the breastfeeding period, both exclusive and continued breastfeeding. This study aims to determine the effect of exclusive breastfeeding education on increasing family knowledge of TM III primigravida mothers at the Sewon II Community Health Center. This research is a quantitative research with a pre-experiment one group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study was 55 third trimester primigravida pregnant women at the Sewon II health center. The sampling method used purposive sampling, namely 39 people. The results of data analysis on the frequency distribution of respondents' knowledge showed that the average before being given the education was 9.56 and increased to 10.59 after being given the education. The results of data analysis using the Wilcoxon test were 0.004 for knowledge, so it can be interpreted that there is an influence of exclusive breastfeeding education on the families of TM III primigravida mothers at the Sewon II Community Health Center.
